It is imperative that repairs are promptly reported so that our approved contractors can be instructed to carry out repairs to safeguard both residents and the property.
Repairs are categorised in terms of urgency with the following being classified as Emergencies. This list is not exhaustive.
Blocked Drains, sinks & baths
Burst boiler or tanks
Electrical faults/no electricity

Repairs can be reported electronically by use of the link – Log a Repair or by telephone during Office hours Tuesday-Thursday 9.00am – 3.30pm on 0121 382 5105
Outside Office hours – Emergency Heating repairs can be reported to Green World Installations on: 07827953900
All other emergencies can be reported to Young & Harris on: 0121 554 2273
Non emergency repairs can be reported outside Office hours on 0121 382 5105
where a voice message can be left on the Answer-phone
Gas leaks should be immediately reported to TRANSCO on 0800 111 999. Transco do not do remedial repairs.
