At Civic we endeavour to place our Customers at the centre of our operation.
Our aims and objectives are defined as follows:-
Our primary purpose is to Allocate, Manage and Maintain properties in a social housing environment, by providing accommodation at affordable rents to people in genuine housing need.
All our properties meet the Government\'s Decent Homes Standard with all being maintained in a good state of repair.
We endeavour to involve tenants in the management of their homes and seek to test the level of their satisfaction through a variety of methods.
We seek to continually improve the quality of our service delivery by the regular review of policies and procedures to meet both the requirements of the governing body TSA ( Tenants Services Authority) and the individual needs of our customers.
With the achievement of a Charter Mark in 2005 and this year the award of the Government\'s Customer Services Excellence Standard plus the positive feedback received from satisfaction surveys we believe our aims are being met.
