Emergency Repairs
It is imperative that repairs are promptly reported so that our
approved contractors can be instructed to carry out repairs to
safeguard both residents and the property.
Repairs are categorised in terms of urgency with the following
being classified as Emergencies. This list is not exhaustive.

Blocked Drains, sinks & baths
Burst Pipes
Burst boiler or tanks
Electrical faults/no electricity
Boarding Up
Method of Reporting
Repairs can be reported electronically by use of the link – Log a
Repair or by telephone during Office hours Tuesday-Thursday 9.00am
– 3.00pm on 0121 382 5105
Outside Office hours – Emergency Heating repairs can be reported
on 0121 356 3566
Non Heating emergencies
can be reported to 0121 523 0474
Non emergency
repairs can be reported outside Office hours on 0121 382 5105
where a voice message can be left on an Answer-phone
Gas leaks should
be immediately reported to TRANSCO on 0800 111 999. Transco do
not do remedial repairs.
